Who we are

GCC Gaming Gateway is operated by Riyada X9, an independent market-exploration and ecosystem platform connecting global gaming companies with opportunities in the UAE and the wider GCC. In this policy, “we” and “us” mean Riyada X9 as the controller of the information described below.

This policy explains what we collect through this website, why we collect it, how we protect it and the choices you have. It applies to this website only, not to third-party websites we link to.

Information we collect

We only collect what we need to respond to you and to operate the site.

• Information you submit: your name, work email, company, country, role, company profile, objective, timeline and the message you write in the inquiry form.
• Assistant conversations: the messages you send to the on-site AI assistant, and the meeting details you choose to provide there.
• Technical information: standard server and security logs, such as approximate location, browser type and pages requested, used to keep the site available and secure.
• We do not ask for, and you should not send us, sensitive personal information such as identity-document numbers, financial account details or payment card data.

Why we use it

We use your information on the following bases: to perform a service you asked for, for our legitimate interest in operating and improving the platform, and to meet legal obligations.

• To review your inquiry and respond to you.
• To arrange and confirm follow-up meetings you request.
• To provide relevant market, ecosystem and event information you ask for.
• To secure the platform, prevent abuse and maintain records of our correspondence.

The AI assistant

The on-site assistant is powered by a third-party AI service. Your messages are transmitted to that service to generate a reply, and are not used by us to train public AI models.

The assistant provides general orientation only. It does not give legal, tax, immigration, investment or financial advice, and it cannot approve, guarantee or commit to anything on our behalf. Please avoid entering confidential or sensitive information into it.

How we share it

We do not sell your personal information and we do not share it for advertising.

We share it only with service providers that operate the platform on our behalf — hosting, database, email delivery and AI processing — under contractual confidentiality and security obligations, and where we are required to by law or to protect our legal rights.

Where an introduction to an ecosystem participant would be useful, we ask for your agreement before sharing your details with them.

International transfers

Our service providers may process information in countries other than your own, including outside the UAE. Where that happens, we rely on providers that apply recognised safeguards and contractual protections for international transfers.

How long we keep it

We keep inquiry and correspondence records for as long as needed to handle your request and to maintain a reasonable business record of it, and then delete or anonymise them. Security and server logs are kept for a short period. You can ask us to delete your information sooner, subject to any records we are legally required to retain.

Security

Information you submit is transmitted over an encrypted connection and stored in access-controlled systems, with access limited to the people who need it. No system can be guaranteed to be completely secure, so please do not send us information you would not want disclosed.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

• Ask for a copy of the information we hold about you.
• Ask us to correct information that is inaccurate or incomplete.
• Ask us to delete your information, or restrict how we use it.
• Object to processing based on our legitimate interests.
• Withdraw consent, where our use is based on consent.

Cookies and analytics

We use only the cookies and equivalent storage needed for the site to function and remain secure. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. If we add optional analytics in future, we will update this policy and ask for consent where required.

Children

This site is intended for business use by adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has submitted information, contact us and we will delete it.

We may update this policy as the platform develops. The date at the top of this page shows when it last changed, and material changes will be highlighted here.
